Glad you shared these ace lyrics with us here! I found myself humming when I read them - very cleverly written!

Hi Jan. I totally agree with you. Haunting words indeed in the Lyrics.
Alison has also sent me the actual song as an MP3 ( which I shall presently put on my own websites with Alison's permission ) The recording she's made is truly proffessional, and in my opinion would merit a place in the finals of the X- Factor.
I need to run it by Mac first, so watch this space.
ps: Jan. Got your correction and am just going to change it now ( swap for the draft )
Best to you, and thank you so much for sharing Alison. You are a very talented Lady.

Everybody must listen to this haunting song, written and sung by Alison Jones ( A student Pediatric Nurse from Newcastle Under Lyme, England. )
I've put it on my main website on it's own page. You wont be able to download it as I've installed it on a music player ( But you can listen, and I'm sure Alison would welcome your comments )
Have your speakers on and when you click on the link below, it will start playing automatically.
Sit back and enjoy

Hello, Such a beautiful poem, sung with great feeling, worthy of being in the charts. this has set me thinking, Alison are you the young nurse visiting the Royal Shrewsbury with your Grandmother to see your Grandfather and with whom i had a conversation whilst we waited for the wards to be opened to visitors? We did speak of Forces Poetry, In any case you are a very talanted young person. Thank you for sharing your song with us. Taffy

*** Sorry Taffy !... Not the same young lady ***
